FYI...
0.5mg of Clonazepam (Klonopin) is equivalent to ~10mg of Diazepam. (Source =
The Ashton Manual)
You didn't mention your Benzodiazepine tolerance so just thought I'd point out that you took ~20mg of Diazepam (combined).
I'm from the UK and we don't have Tylenol, but from what I gather, Tylenol 3 is 30mg of Codeine Phosphate with Paracetamol/APAP?
A 30mg dose of Codeine Phosphate is very small. In the UK, 30mg Codeine Phosphate tablets are really the smallest dose that a doctor would bother prescribing for you.
So you took ~20mg of Diazepam and ~30mg of Codeine Phosphate... Unless you had an allergic reaction you'll live to tell your friends.
-----
Just to put it into perspective I was prescribed 250mg per day of extended release morphine which is equivalent to 1,125mg of Codeine per day.
In conjunction I was also taking 12mg of Lorazepam at the time which is ~120mg of Diazepam.
So I was taking 250mg morphine and 12mg Lorazepam which converts to 1,125mg of Codeine and 120mg of Diazepam.
I'm not saying it was safe, but they were co-prescribed by a Consultant Anaesthetist and a Clinical Psychiatrist who spoke to each other about my situation before both agreeing to prescribe them for me.
Just thought I'd give you some perspective as to what you took, but as said, I was under the constant supervision of some of the leading consultants.
Both are Central Nervous Depressants, so although your concerns probably wont materialise at such doses, they do have merit in theory.
Please dont feel shy to ask BL in the future if you're thinking of increasing the dosage of any.
