Valium/4-MAR burnout

This past saturday I smoked a large amount of 4-methylaminorex and followed that in the night with somewhere around 60-80mg of valium and another 20mg the following night. I have no benzo tolerance. It is Wednesday now and I am feeling altered still every since saturday. I felt very physically sick on Sunday and Monday and extremely overtired. Now it has subsided some in that I just feel mentally slow and physically exhausted. I slept 12 hours last night and came home from school and all I wanted to do was sleep. I am having some short-term memory problems too. I was thinking maybe this could still be residual effects of the valium as I know it has a very long half-life. But to be honest I am worried. I am finding school work difficult and staying awake difficult. My question is do you think I have anything to be worried about or am I just paranoid? Should I see a doctor or wait a couple days? I'd rather not see a doctor as I dont want to tell him about my drug use. Any input is appreciated. Sorry if this post is a little jumbled, so is my mind.
 
I'd wait a few days, maybe even a week. My fiance and others I know suffer from comedowns/aftereffects just as severe when they smoke 4-MAR. Actually, especially when they smoke it.
I don't think it's valium either that'd making you feel this way....just burnout from the ice.

That's very comforting. Thanx a lot for the reply. I figured it was just a comedown of sorts, but being the paranoid me I am, I had to ask. Thanx again. If anyone has anything else to say please do.
