Benzos Valerian total extract vs. benzos

I don't have any prescription for benzos (yet), but i found total valerian extract (root powder + freeze-dried extract) capsules (328mg of content in every capsule standardized at 2,4% of valerenic acids).
Does anyone knows how is this preparation compared to benzos?
In my experience, 4 of those capsules took the edge off from 100ug of lsd (but i was still experiencing insomnia and CEVs)
 
It doesn't compare very well at all in my experience, at least not if you're looking to get high, but it should be good for RLS and helping you get some sleep.
