Alcohol Valerian Root + Alcohol vs. Benzo + Alcohol

I was wondering how things like kava kava root or valerian root in high dosages plus alcohol compare to moderate benzo dosages plus alcohol. any input?

It doesn't work good.

It will get you very sick and alcohol will out do valerian and kava.

Valerian and kava aren't even that strong, and are more of mood enhancers rather than highs. Where as benzo's produce an actual buzz, and in larger quantities an actual high.

Also mixing alcohol with kava can give bad reactions.

And valerian on it's own gets you sick, especially at high dosages, like kava.

If you decide to try this combination, be careful and get some anti-nasuea ready to go.

Used in very high doses, chopped valerian root can give a benzo-like experience. It is difficult to swallow so much though. Kava is easier, but it can make one aggressive due to maoi-b inhibition.

I remember just being on a very high dose of valerian, and that was enough. Withdrawal was a week-long of being scared and crying. I shit you not.
