using yoga as a form of damage reduction.

Hey.
I've decided to make a point of doing a fair bit of yoga everytime I do any type of amphetamines (though, on par with the thread title, this could be beneficial for any number of drugs.) It really helps loosen up the joints and bones and helps prevent those annoying cramps and sores and creakiness that speed always seems to give me.

I'm wondering if anyone knows any specific yoga poses that would tackle any of the side effects that speed carries with it? And, if nothing specifically catered towards speed, coulsd you kindly indicate some poses that are easily learned through text and images that I could look up online? Simplicity of learning is key because learning a pose improperly can lead to fairly serious damage, and doing so improperly while on amphetamines could be expontentially worse.

I mention that last part becasue I'm sure when my body's pumped full of hard stimulants its a lot more susceptible to damage which is a double kick in the nuts because the stimulation makes you want to exert yourself more than you're capable of. Regardless I'll always use less energy and power than I want to- 'under-exerting' myself you could say, to help prevent any damage from overusing my body.

Anyway, anyone have any poses that could attack

-hypertension (I feel like all yoga poses would reduce this side effect to a degree)

-erratic heartbeat/palpitations (again, perhaps all poses would ultimately result in a more relaxed state)

-sore/sensitive knee and ankle joints/bones

-nausea?

-poses to ease stress on the lower back

-poses to ease stress on the neck (speed makes me clench the muscles in my neck like a boss

THANKS for changing my nights for the better. :)
