Using promethazine to potentiate codeine

Promethazine is a CYP2D6 inhibitor.

Promethazine is put with codeine so, it will be less abusable.
Promethazine/Codeine syrup is only good until you get sick off of the promethazine.
Promethazine kills pain in it's own right. This is why it is used with codeine to boost analgesia, not euphoria.
Also, if you use this syrup in sufficient quantities, you will get no real high. Part of you experience will definitely be missing.

Most who abuse codeine have no real tolerance at all.

Codeine is the noobiest of opiates, next to tramadol.

By the way, misinformation and media are the promoters, or death of certain drug popularity.

Codeine/promethazine is only famous because of rap music.
A lot of people don't know that rappers mix this shit with wine. It is rarely consumed alone.

It's the dumbest epidemic ever down here where I live.
Because of rap, codeine/promethazine is so fucking overpriced, simply because of the majority of people do not know the low level of opiate use they are actually at.
People around here in the main city of this perticular drug's trade, think that this is one of the strongest drugs on the street.
In actuality, most of these people are being ripped out of good hard earned dough. It could have been put to way better use.

I'm not here to say or make a decision for you, but actually know the difference between bullshit, and reality.
The reality is: Codeine/promethazine is a scammers drug down here. This is the most stolen drug in houston just because of rap music.

Yeah I always find that promethazine (and other CYP2D6 inhibitor antihistamines) hurt my high more then help it. I've never tried taking it after taking the opiate though, I might try that at some point. In my experienece promethazine won't make your high better so much as make it more sedating. I find it to kill the euphoria and make the high notably weaker in most aspects, I think because of the harm to the codeine -> morphine conversion.

Also, CP syrup is bullshit, I totally agree. I think it's the same throughout Texas, it's overpriced as hell because of the media and Cop & Screwed rap, which is shitty music anyway, not that I fuck with codeine much these days anyway. I'm amazed at how much money people spend on syrup, it'd be way cheaper and more fun for them to just get a good opiate.
 
still no proper answer :\ i've tried phenergan and codeine once and that was a while after dosing my codeine (1.5-2 hours) just to bring it back on.i must say it did the job and then some was a good supprise.tonight im going to try phenergan 10 mins or so after i begin to feel my codeine.i would dose before my codeine to see if it fucks up the codeine converting to morphien but yeahhh not too keen on wasting a pack of panadine.....
