Misc Using Phenibut for anxixety compared to Gabapentin,xanax,klonopin,valium

I was just wondering from people's personal eperiences how Phenibut compares to helping anxiety compared to Gabapentin, Xanax, Klonopin, and valium, ya get the drift. The two that I use most are Klonopin and Xanax, and the Valium and Gabapentin are just kinda around, BUT I really do enjoy the Gabapentin for anxiety. So any epericences? Was gonna order some tonight but do not wanna waste my money.

I love phenibut. I take a large dose once every 7 days (so as not to build a tolerance). If you are going to get on the phenibut train, I would abstain from taking benzos. My advice with phenibut is not to mix it with anything. Also, be careful with it, as I have heard from friends who overused it that the withdrawals were bad. It really lowers my inhibitions, helps me sleep, and yes - eliminates anxiety. However, my favorite thing about phenibut is how happy I feel on it, I feel like myself when I take it.

Well, Ive kinda deveolped a slight benzo habbit I think, got all this xanax that was suppose to last me a while(30), it didn't, so I got like 30 more, down to 26 because I was at work when I got them and it's easy to just keep on taking them at work, and kinda mix Gabapentin and benzo's often, and I am on daily Sub Maintaince... So gotta take my subs with it, and would it help with like say siezures asssociated coming off of benzo's. Figured if it showed up at my Sub doctors I could bring the bottle and a friend gave it to me as an natural supplement to help me sleep..I hate the week before an appointment, no benzo's,ugh. And no valium for threee weeks before.

Edit:incase, would you say it's like Gabapentin kinda?? The Gaba gives me energy/helps anxiety/gives me energy at the same time/makes things look colorful/Increased sex drive/also helps with sleep, genral light happy feeling and I can talk forever on it...

For me, phenibut doesn't really compare to a benzo. It gives some decent anxiety relief, but definitely not on par witj a benzo and it seems alot less forgiving in that tolerance and dependency builds rapidly. I would compare phenibut's anxiolysis to gabapentin before I would benzos. Now this is where it gets a bit tricky though, some people get little to no effects from gabapentin while others find it very soothing. I personally get more anxiety relief from gabapentin than phenibut, and I also find it more euphoric/recreational so if I had to rate the drugs you mention in order it would be Xanax, Valium, Klonopin, Gabapentin, Phenibut. I think most people experienced with both benzos and phenibut would agree that benzos are more anxiolytic, but I can see the last two being ranked differently amongst users. As always, ymmv.

I'm one of the lucky few that gets good anxeity relief from Gabapentin and also find it more recrational than benzo's. Benzo's help with anxiety, but just kinda 'numb' ya if you are taking them for a buzz. Gabapentin for me gives me anxiety relief, makes me supper chatty,last all day, colors look brighter, increased sex drive like on stimulants(does Phenibut increase sex drive like Gabapenitn does for some people, kinda a plus if it did since Suboxone espcially with benzo's loweres my sex drive) If you could try to compare and contrast Gaba and Pheniut the best ya can it would help, thank ya.

Phenibut works better than benzos for me, and doesn't induce the black holes in my memory like xanax does. Also lasts all day. Rapid tolerance though, gotta take long breaks.

Ymmv = your mileage may vary, what works for my may not work for you . I agree, if we're talking about recreational use, Gabapentin tops all of them imo. I get all the effects you describe, good shit. Phenibut does increase my sex drive as well, but Gabapentin makes me crazy horny... moreso than phenibut.

The two are comparable but also quite different, both last a while, personally Gabapentin is far more euphoric and recreational, both are stimmy and can make you chatty, phenibut is more nauseating and less forgiving dose/side-effect wise, umm... I guess you have to try em to see what works for you.

If you like gabapentin you will at least find Phenibut tolerable, if not enjoyable. Just don't take too much or you'll feel disgustingly sick for HOURS. If your like me, you'll probably opt for the Gabapentin... though if your looking for something with slightly less anxiolysis and more functionality you'll choose Phenibut and Gabapentin over benzos, though benzos will get the job done every time and very quickly, the other two can take hours to come up.

Ya, I wasn't gonna take any Gabapentin today, but took it for the getting horny part today,lol. Was on it yesterday and this guy that has been hitting on my forever(like 2 years,I work with him don't want things getting all strange) and I had taken like 1500mg of Gaba and said lets have sausage for dinner, and got his number,lol. Soooo had to take some today to get my sex drive up(2800mg, got 600mg to take, been spacing out the doses). Hopefully getting some dick tonight, finally.. But back to the subject...

Ok, I've decided to get 100 grams but had a question...they have large crystals, fine crystals & free amino acid....Is the amino acid one just poweder??? And when they say fine crystals do they mean like small crystals. I know the large crystals are just large crystals. Is there a difference between any of them like which is better?

Crystals don't mean anything as far as purity goes, though chances are one of those batches is more pure if they're from different suppliers. FAA phenibut is what I would recommend, it's essentially phenibut that's far less acidic and easier on the stomach. Plain phenibut is incredibly acidic, and this can aggravate the stomach and cause heartburn sometimes.

I agree, it does not resemble a benzo to me (although it does help with any anxiety I might be feeling). This might be because it attaches to Gaba b receptors. Benzos attach to Gaba a. I think phenibut is more closely related (like a cousin, maybe) to GHB than alcohol or benzos, which also use the GABA pathways...but I could be wrong.
