Using iboga to accelerate recovery from dopamine downregulation

I'm going to use iboga extract to accelerate my detox this summer (my plan is to quit all drugs and find an alternative solution to solve my neurochemical imbalance, I've already quit the drugs and I have a number of solutions planned but first, I need to recover as quickly as possible). I feel good, my only symptom is low motivation to do anything other than watch movies and play video games (amphetamine was the only drug I used often enough to cause downregulation of neurotransmitters). I'm exercising and doing plenty to speed up my recovery but I only now though to add iboga to my recovery plan. I can't take psychedelic doses though, maybe during the summer when I've nothing to do, I'll get someone to be a sitter but until then I'm only going to take low, non psychoactive doses. I assume theres a threshhold dose that you have to take to get therapeutic properties from the substance, I was just wondering how far the threshhold dose is from the psychedelic dose. If taking a full blown psychedelic dose will have the therapeutic effects of thousands of smaller doses then I'm definitely going to do some tripping this summer but I won't be able to do that on a regular basis.

I have stopped all drugs, I was prescribed dexedrine for 2 years and I want to recover as quickly as possible and get back to where I was before I started taking it, then I will work on finding a natural solution to my lethargy and concentration problems. From what I have read, ibogaine somehow reverses downregulation of the receptors on which various drugs act on. Therefore, I want to take small doses of it to reverse any dopamine downregulation that my dexedrine use caused.
