If it's in bubble containers:

So quite well vacuum sealed.

Expired by say, 2 years?

Would there be an issue or concern with this?

If it wasn't exposed to high temperatures loss of potency should be negligible. Expire dates of pills are in principle set way too early and if it was properly stored than I believe the potential potency loss would be negligible. My 2 Rupees.

My initial concern was they could form something my body would react adversely to?

I've read on reddit, patients can get sick using expired medication (though that was stored in a bottle vs blister pack).

The only concern is pill degradation?

Take a look at this article - That Drug Expiration Date May Be More Myth Than Fact

I am in no position to tell you what to do but I do remember reading that medications in tablet/capsule form are generally safe to use long after expiry date, especially those that were sealed in blister package and kept at normal temperatures. For example I have used antibiotics that were 3 years older than expiry date without issues. But again - I can not tell you what to do as I am not a doctor, pharmacist or scientist with degree ib pharmacology. :shruggies:
