US Forest Service and drug testing

I am on my way to become a wildland firefighter for the US Forest Service in San Bernardino County, CA. I am aware that they are randomly drug tested, but how often? I really want this job but I would also like to be able to toke when I got home. Does anyone work for the USFS that can tell me some insider information about the drug testing? I would never be high on the job. Also what other jobs should I look into? I have background with the California Conservation Corps, and Urban Conservation Corps. I would like to stay in this type of work as I find it very enjoyable. Please help a fellow smoker have a decent career and make it so I can smoke when I get home!

for the USFS wildland firefighter position, would I be able to use fake piss? Or are the urine tests 'watched'?
