Wasnt sure exactly which area to post this thread. i figured it would get the most interest and activity in here (OD) but if anyone wants to better direct this message/thread, please do by all means, its for HR purposes.
i try to keep up on the new laws they put in effect regarding analogues and scheduled substances. i know in alot of states they made it illegal for store owners to sell products like "K2" , "Spice" , and "bath salts". but i never heard mention of these to be illegal to own at this point. either way it seems like overnight (the past week or two) most of the worldwide suppliers stopped shipping to usa.
im wondering, was there some kind of law or act recently put into place that im not aware of or cant find on the internet? did they finally find a way to address a bill that would completely stop any kind of analogue period? doesnt seem like that would be possible really. one thing to consider for the sake of harm reduction people, is if this did, or were to happen. the last few vendors that did ship to US would probably ship any product they normall cant get rid of. as many know when places know they are going out of business, it tends to bring out the shady side.
so all in all im just curious if anyone knows to why this is exactly, and just trying to give a heads up that if the window does close, be very cautious of contaminated and dirty products. dont want anyone getting burned, or seriously injured just because of some stupid laws.
