Heaviness upon my chest
Thoughts chilling my soul
Unable to focus
No will to breathe
Colours off the wall attack my mind
Tears tickle my eyes
They will not escape
Neither will I…
Wanting not to want
Trying not to feel
Unsettled
Irritable
My body aches with tension
This is all self inflicted
By I can’t seem to make it go away
