Can Tramadol cause a false positive with a 5 panel dip urine drug screen?
According to Wikipedia- "Using tramadol as recreational drug may preferred also because at this time, tramadol is the only opioid, that cannot be detected by the standard urinal drug-tests, due to its atypical binding to μ-opioid receptors. So, independently the contentration of tramadol in body-fluids or urine, quick-tests give false negative results to opioids." What are they referring to when they say 'quick-tests'?
I've got a drug screen tomorrow. And last night I took 450mg. Does the amount I took make a difference?
