Hi there. You aren't the only one! I'm a ~daily stimulant user for the last 14 months or so. I do not take any 2C-'s any longer because they always cause this effect in me and it's torturous especially if I'm at a party or something like that. I found trouble trying to piss while on phenethylamines and the only solution I'd found was just waiting a really, really long time at the toilet for the pee to stop being shy.
TMA-2 did it to me also.
Now I use 2-FA or 2-FMA almost every day and I notice that when I need to pee, I go to the toilet and I am very tense if I think about it. My leg muscles are in some degree of flex and contortion. My toes are curled up, my torso is tense, my shoulders are up close to my neck, my back is not straight, etc. I might even be holding my breath, which seems to be a bad habit of mine that I hadn't really noticed until this year! IME, this is more prone to happen with 2-FA than with 2-FMA, but both cause it. Naturally the bigger the dose I've had, the harder it is to urinate.
I've tried to pee sitting down instead of standing and surprisingly it did NOT seem to help after 2 or 3 different bathroom trips where I tried that! BUT, it might work for you so try it if my next trick doesn't solve your problem.
Only the last couple of months have I got a handle on it really... the trick for me is relaxing. Deep breathing, as sekio before me mentioned, with my eyes closed helps TREMENDOUSLY to bring about the state of relaxation that is required, but when I can concentrate on blowing air out of my mouth, and give no thought to on how long and deeply I breath in (which can be difficult, try breathing in through your nose and breathing out with your mouth). I can feel my body relaxing more and more in stages and specifically relaxing the most with each solid unrushed exhalation.
The usual results is free flowing pee within 2 minutes! DO try this. I don't think you'll regret it.
But now while you're not necessarily having prostate issues yet, it's not too early to start trying to protect your prostate! Just imagine going through this daily without stimulants and being up at night several times to face this torture as an old man... that might be in your future, so do at least try to learn about prevention and practice that if you can. Pumpkin seed oil combined in my daily flax seed oil supplementation is what I do. Plus saw palmetto extract in my daily men's multi-vitamin. I'm not even (quite) in my 30's yet, but I highly doubt this humble supplementation routine is a bad idea. Might want to think about easing the burden on your heart and blood pressure as conveniently but consistently as possible. Take care of your body, it the only one you got!
