8(My cat moved to a new area of town, and has been perscribed benzo's for her anxiety for a long time, like over 3 years, I took her to the doctor friday and he refused her meds. She took her last dose on Friday, and she's starting to become disoriented. What does she do? Where can I take her? or give her?

Alcohol and l-theanine are readily available at stores to combat withdrawal but not sutible longterm. Order some ezitolam online. Use I not cat.

You've been using benzos for three years daily? or regularly? Which benzo(s)? How much?

And now you've just stopped because you have nothing? This could be extremely dangerous. Have you tried a different doctor?

If you can't get anything soon and you start feeling really, really off you might need to bite the bullet and go to a hospital and fess up. It really depends on your usage details, but three years is certainly long enough to make you fully physically dependent and therefore cold turkey potentially lethal.

I've been getting slowly weaned down, I started on Alprazolam, and switched to Kpin I've been taking Kpin 1mg morning 1mg night for 6 months, before that I was up at 2 bars morn 2 bars eve. But, doc weaned me off on Kpin.

So you were at 2mg of Klonopin in total per day for six months just prior to now? And Xanax immediately prior to that?

Look, I'm not a doctor, but I have way too much experience with benzos and WDing from them, and Klonopin is a very dangerous drug to stop taking abruptly. In my opinion, you need to get some benzos even if it means going to a doctor/hospital and tell them the truth. You mentioned feeling disoriented? That's one symptom of clonazepam withdrawal that increases in severity and if not treated can leave you too confused to help yourself.

Good luck and please keep us updated. This situation is concerning.

We don't use SWIM or "my cat" here...

Stopping benzos abruptly after long-term use is dangerous and could cause seizures, seek medical attention so you can get some benzos, and follow the tapering plan you're given.

And by medical attention, I mean the "Emergency Room" or whatever the equivalent is in your country.

As f33lgood said, if you can't get to an ER right now, you could use some alcohol to temporarily keep the withdrawals at bay until such time as you can get medical attention.

Benzo withdrawals can be very serious and shouldn't be taken lightly.
