Urgent Help/ Advice Required On 48hr+ meph comedown

i bought some coke from what is normally a reliable source on sat night & when i couldnt sleep that morning figure it was cut with speed.
still couldnt sleep sunday night & now i have been unable to sleep agin this eve.

i spoke with the dealer & he told me had mistakenly given me a wee baggie of the mephedrone but possibly the other closely related substance & i had mixed that with the coke.

im an experienced drug taker and im getting abit worries now.

ive had to call in to work sick & i may now need to do so fer the rest of the week.

pretty anxious but, is this going to wear off?
at what point do i seek medical attention.
ive taken some codeine, eaten an apple & drank some vit c.
this a long fucking type to feel this wired....

help/advice/anything please

Eat 2 pieces of bread take a warm BATH followed by a shot of jack no guarentee but usually works for me

i do feel a bit better but still havent slept.

Its 8 in the morning now so pretty grim not to have slept since i woke up on saturday morning.

My breathing has improved a wee bit, it certainly hasnt deteriorated which is good.
Im more woried about what i have to tell my doctor to ensure this sickness is covered.

I spoke w/ a 24 hr drugs resourcing centre here in the uk & they are getting a lot of similar stories.

Bsically they are being told that Methylone is to Meph what crack is to cocaine.

Watch the dosage fif you are intending to use it i guess.. this has been a pretty grim experience.

but wouldn't the methylone not have had a numbing effect in the same way coke does??

odd, very odd....

best bet is to try & chase down some benzos, if you can..... best way to guarantee sleep, or get some valerian root & maybe some weed or something to induce sleep

my god it's such a relief to read that other people are going through the same symptoms as me... sorry to say that man but before I browsed these forums today I was 90% convinced I was schizophrenic

my brother has been diagnosed with schizophrenia so I know I shouldnt really dabble with drugs given the family history with mental illness but the temptation is there, and really I dont do much.

I'm 24 male, 5'7 about 140 lbs; I used to smoke a lot of weed started out about 16 but after a while (actually mainly after switching to the legal head shop brand 'smoke') I got quite angst and paranoid so I stopped buying regularly and have been pretty much fine since. Anyhoo a few months back I had my first and only since E, it was a pleasant experience nothing really bad happened just the usual comedown. Anyway last weekend I took about 5/6 lines of 'Wildcat' from the headshops the night went fine but since Ive been feeling very distant, I find it hard to connect with people and to look them in the eyes, I wasnt enjoying tv shows as much and overall was just very very anxious with a wee bit of paranoia not that much mind. Recently I've been unable to sleep, its Tuesday 17.50 local time and the last night I slept was Saturday and that was probably because I was drunk.

I'm actually feeling a million times better today despite a headache which I think is purely down to a lack of sleep and I think its because of reading through this forum, as far as I knew I was the only one that had these symtoms its good to know other people feel the same as me and I'm not crazy! also I avoided my normal morning coffee and that seemed to prevent the anxiety

Anyway hope you get better man, keep us posted

im better.... didnt sleep until wednesday night.... that was basically 62+hrs...

no more drugs fer me man... seriously... drawing the line now... thought that's the first time that something like this has ever happened it could have been a lot worse... gonna stick w/ sex
