urgent - advice on staying cool and not dieing!

tonight i took what was sold to me as mephedrone, but turns out it was methedrone, i did some over the night and right now im having slight difficulty breathing, very hot (trying to keep myself cool), feel faint, extremely dizzy when i stand, headache etc, im sipping ice water, any other tips. please!

Lay or sit down (yup you read that right. I used to get really light headed in the shower sometimes and this is what I did. Strange but it works) in the cold shower or a cool bath

thanks guys, seem to have cooled down a bit now, and had an asprin which helped the chest tightness (honestly felt like the start of a heart attack), gonna try and relax enough to sleep now, still mega paranoid i drank too much water last night as my legs wont stop shaking and twitching plus im just not pissing!

Next time pick up the phone and dial 9-1-1. If you are in an office building with a closed system remember to dial 9 first to get out, or 9-9-1-1.

Or make a post on an internet forum and hope someone replies with good advice before you die.
