Hi All,

I've been here a long time and I have such a special place in my heart for this community. I understand that times are hard for everyone. My girlfriend and I had been leasing an apartment together. Our landlord pushed us out quickly to make it into an Airbnb, We also lost our security deposit despite being good tenants. We are both teachers, we are not perfect, but we try. So we have been living in our car for a few months now. I'm sure a lot of you are too.

With the hustle and bustle of life and the hardships, it can be difficult to give the forums the attention that they need. I was talking to my girl last night and made a decision that BL had to be given priority despite our troubles, as that is what we do when we do the right thing. With that being said, I'm going to be trying my hardest to get the forums into a great place where we all feel welcome. I'm so sorry for the lag in my work. Money is tight and life is hard in trump America. If only HR was a truly paid gig... sigh.

I'll see you all soon.

Ryan

Think you have made your change(s) to the global community. Just my take on it.
We all have to prioritize and bl is a priority for me. Almost lost it over loss but not dead yet. ;)
Family takes time, effort and focus it gets a little "foggy" ime but well worth it. What a we have? And it all being transient? Wtf... My bad
Just stay with us now and then, do yo do and get er done. lol
I am sure I do not speak only for myself but your postings hold insights, info, experience sometimes, etc but I feel it is related to HR and have to record it as good job.
Well plaid
Don't forget you have some support net if it comes to armeggedon. 👃
Stay to unless you wanna tweak the style idk getting sedated and need it seriously.
Best to ya and looking to see when and what you posted next whenever that may be. No presh.
Alright time to go see at around be blessed you and yours and best wishes.

I am a teacher. I sacrificed myself, my quality of life and my sanity. I would never change a thing. You are all more alone than I could ever imagine. We all are here o give wht we have for those who cannot. Kurdish orphans, Cambodian students; I've even taught Turkish kids and I frankly don't like Turks. Turks..

Life is hard. Taxes are inevitable, Turks are inherently bad people. Constants in our life.

(The Dutch too. The Dutch can eat a dick until I get my windvreaker back.

Your footstep my Mom says will stay on the internet forever, i hope.
Your s pretty good and you ain t retiring yet. Homeless don t do justice.

Roof-less. You got a home right, Bluelight.

Sorry you have to go through such real estate grief.

I've always sympathized with teachers very much (my mother was a teacher to 'special' children -including from bad homes-), but I never became one.

I'm Dutch.

I sometimes fuck Turks.

So there.

I lived in Hilversum briefly thab Laaren for a couple of years when I was maybe 4-7ish.

Our international school shared a playground with the dutch school. We would alternate recess.

One day as we were heading in, some friendly looking older dutch kids seemed like they wanted to play.

I didn't speak Dutch at that time, still don't, hopefully never will. But the value of perspective has revealed they were talking about beating me up and stealing my jacket.

They ripped my jacket off, and, for a little kid, id say it's safe to say they beat the shit out of me because I watched from the asphalt on my stomach groaning as they threw the jacket back and forth to one another before going back into their school.

As Americans my parents assumed that something seriously fucked up had happened. They didn't realize the Dutch have a comparable "laissez faire" style to parenting

The kids eventually revealed they had buried it in dirt and dog shit. We dug it up, ruined and the dutch parents seemed to think that was the of the case and all parties could return home happily.

So begun my lifelong resentment of the Dutch.

(Im only joking. The Dutch are alright in my book. Its immature to label an entire people as bad. Except for Turks)

Haha some dick took my pair of air walks (which were a big deal at the time) and swam them out to some Island in lake superior I surely would have died if I tried to retrieve

He got clocked in the face and did not know what to do -- still I lost my shoes lol. I just said I lost them "How do you lose your shoes" Fuck idk I'm real dumb haha.

That dude had a # on his back all the way through middle school for that and received some tough times because of it. Ya know I don't love Americans now that you mention it. Hmmm

I can't speak for all of North and South America
Ya know I feel that people are people globally. Not a whole lot at core is different. We have more in common than we are led to believe. Just thinkin on a keyboard. I usually say I'm thinkin out loud when speaking to myself... if someone wants to listen to my bablin B's all good. 🤣
And yeah I tend to take in what/if any information is shared by our Mr K'eif and let it roll around in this gourd of mine for a while. Experience shows through, imo. So does honesty and being human.
Not sure what the thread topic has to do with my chatter but one of our members I pay special attention to when opining or holding forth. Ahhh... the sense of humor is appreciated as well as the tenacity.
May we all be here in ten twenty years at least.
❤️

Not the best part of The Netherlands, despite its attractive looking residences.

I once spoke to a Serbian about the Turks during a meth binge.

Oh Lord!

However, they are excellent men to have sex with if you're a man who's into that.
