Long story short, 6 months into a phenibut rollercoaster I'm at 20 grams/day. Must stop. I have 100 25mg baclofen. Wondering if I can just stop cold turkey, suffer for 7 days and get back on track or if this is unrealistic. Is a baclofen taper my only option?

Hi, Welcome to Bluelight ! !

I've used Baclofen before for spinal issues, but not Phenibut. I do think Baclofen even though a muscle relaxer is a Gaba agonist, so might be helpful -- but I'm not a doctor. I am going to move your post to Basic Drug Discussion as some might have more experience with Phenibut. Congrats on thinking about stopping. :)

Baclofen is GABA B agonist. The phenibut is a Biotch to deal with. Do a Baclofen taper.
my advice is to keep away from the phenibut

I would taper the phenibut down first, then jump over to baclofen and taper that. A slower taper means less discomfort.
