If you're truly scared you'll hurt yourself, please tell someone that will be able to stay with you and make sure you do not hurt yourself. If there is no one you trust that you can tell, go to the ER. Just don't sit there alone, being depressed and seriously contemplating suicide. It's not worth it. Also, the drugs aren't helping. If you can stop using, definitely do that. Also, try going to sleep. My insomnia gets really bad sometimes(like now that it's 6am and I've been positing on here all night, lol) and if I don't sleep for a few days in a row, I become really moody and irritable. You'll feel a lot better after a good night's sleep. Since you've been doing meth and coke, that might be difficult. If you have access to any benzos, they would help greatly. If not, try taking a few benedryl/unisom/wtv OTC diphenhydramine pills you can find, they would also help you get to sleep.

Jesus Christ don't throw around diagnosis with drug users. I guarantee you this twacked out person looked at your link and said "ah hah!"

There is no "Ah hah!" Moment on the Internet...Diagnosing yourself is pretty fucking stupid.

Son, go to sleep. Stop doing meth and if this is reoccurring go to a doctor.

Point proven. Don't scare yourself on top of having lack of sleep, lack of serotonin (etc), and so forth.

Seriously this makes no sense so take drugs out of the equation and you'll feel better.

first of all, don't call me son, keep that kind of condescending talk for someone else. Secondly, nothing on this board is official he was just suggesting I look into something.

Explain to me how calling you son is condescending? Do you feel infantile? Listen, my point was you were obviously "on a cocktail of drugs" -- "lacking sleep". And once you "looked into something" you had "100%" proof you needed to diagnose yourself saying "this is me!".

My point was to ignore the DSM until you have at least got the drugs under control. If you were unable to get the drugs under control then go see an actual doctor. Don't get hung up on words because it wasn't condescending.

LivedIt-Talk to a medical professional. Be honest about your drug use as in which drugs you use, how often you use them, what happens when you use them, how you use them, what's going on with you or your emotions when you use them, etc. you will not get into trouble. If you want to harm yourself seek medical attention immediately like ATL wrote about.
