I haven't posted in here in a while, but well i just kinda whipped this together:

The one thing that we all long for
seems so unacheivable in the beginning
through your struggle it is deceiving
near the end you stop breathing
did you reach your goal
did you find what you wanted
was it something from the past
that you couldn't let go
was it ever there
will you ever know
you ask yourself time and time again
same story, same ending, everyday
until the one point when it all comes together
and your life progresses once again
never looking back, only moving forward now
you realize why it took so, so very long
but it was worth the wait
because in the end it feels great
complete with pure bliss
that one last touch
that one last kiss
you now live in your world full of ecstasy
because of that one person lying next to me
