Yeah, some people are just more bold and aggressive than others. I remember in 9th grade I was standing with my friends at their locker and this kid walks up to me and grabbed my ass. He then ran away before I could turn around and sock him.... I never did confront him about it even though he ended up being in my classes.... The other funny thing was he was the kid to say our prayer at prom lmao. I guess some people just have the balls to do things like this. No matter what gender.
