How do I nicely tell a girl that I'm now with that I'd rather get nothing than two minutes of a handjob that she's not planning on finishing?

I handled it poorly the first time it happened since I was just kinda struck that someone would actually do that, when she stopped I figured she was going to go down on me and when she didn't and just started cuddling I was just confused and kinda awkward about it so I just asked if she'd never gone down on someone before (which would explain that part at least) but she told me she had so that left me as confused as before.

Talk to her openly and ask if she intends to pursue a sexual relationship with you. Tell her how frustrating it is for her to begin pleasuring you and then stop. Also, remember women like pleasure too. You could always go down on her first and pave the way for her.
 
^ I've done it. It's awkward. Try to get some in their hair for good measure.

Really it turned out she was trying to manipulate me into a relationship with blue balls and heavy petting, be careful with this one.
 
A) complain about it on the internet
B) communicate how you feel about it with the relevant party
C) give her my number :)
 
Just talk to her about it. Seriously. So she's probably shy, inexperienced, awkward, etc. Make things more comfortable for her!! Try pleasuring her as well too!

Pretty much I'm just thinking she doesn't know whats up. If it happens again I'm gonna bring it up. I was just curious what the best way to do that was. She's really shy so no matter what it's gonna be a bit awkward.
