Ultram in large doses with anti-seizure meds. . .

How much Ultram can safely be taken while taking Klonopin and Nuerontin(gabapentin) to prevent seizures from it? Do any of you have experience with large doses of tramadol with precautionary anti-seizure meds? My tolerance is sky high and I have nothing else to get me off.You guys with real opies are lucky FUCKS.
