Hello. I am excited to have found a home here I hope. I am interested in using ultra low dose naltrexone to lower tolerance and ultimately come off this nasty Kratom addiction I have obtained. I have 50mg tablets of Naltrexone and without a compounding pharmacy, I am wondering if anyone can tell me how I can easily get this down to the 10-12 micrograms that I need. Any help is greatly appreciated!

i dont really think the point of those studies is that you should use it while actually kicking a habit

its not a black and white difference either, its small differences

Dude, don't use Naltrexone during withdrawal at any point. It will lower your tolerance but it won't make you less sick. I don't know if I even understand what you mean here anyway. Naltrexone blocks opiates. So it would block the Kratom.

Clearly you dont know the science behind Ultra Low Dose Naltrexone (10mcg or so). It works much differently in the body than the typical 50mg dose. There are dozens of studies out there and personal stories of it helping withdrawal. I'm not going to copy/paste them all but here is one if you care to learn.

Ok, thanks. I honestly didn't know that a low dose Naltrexone dose could help with withdrawal. I say go for it then. Thanks for the info. by the way.

Thanks bud. I have started it and at the right dose, which is tricky as hell on my own, it does extend the intervals of time that I have to dose with Kratom. I am hoping to lower tolerance allowing me to take less over time and wean off this way. Way to early to tell about withdrawals. But I know I'm in for a fight regardless.
