Hi

I have my first few plants in the UK, right now they are inside under lamp. but I wish to plant them outside in my garden. I know growing cannabis is not legal. the question is how seriusly they think that. I have just 4 plants for myself so it is not a cannabisfarm. but there are some policeman walking in the area very often and I am afraid a little may be they will spot it. what punishment can I get for it?%)

1 plant you could probably blag to personal depending on lots of things, but if mr policeman strolls past, smells weed and finds 4 plants you'll get f'd in the a.

& Why would you wanna put 'em outside here dude? england sucks.

thanks for your reply, but how do you meen I will get f'd in a.? I my country I could get for 4 plant easy 5 years, or 1 if you carry 10 grams. I dont know the english police but I was smoke weed a few times in public and when they realized they just told naughty boy dont smoke here, go home. but smoking is illegal as well just they dont take it to seriously. so I was thinking may be 4 plants wouldnt be a big problem. any way 1 would be enough but I dont want to kill the other 3 what can I do if something happaning with my only 1?
I have to put it out for 3 reason 1: this type of seed was recommended for outdoor growing specialy for shit weather like english. 2: I need a room for my children in the house. 3: I gonna go home for 2 weeks, I dont want to leave the light on unattended and they would dry out but this shit english weather will watering them until I am on holiday. so I really want to know exactly what I risking by put them outside. what if I tell to the police this is just grown out I dont know what the hell is that, there is no evidence I put it in the garden.
Is it good or bad thing If they take me to drugtest I gonna be 100% negative before harvest cos I cant afford to buy so expensive as streetprice?

any UK policeman out there? please answer me!!

I have seen on some seedbanks website it is illegal to grow weed in the UK without licence. How can I get licence for it

They will probably prosecute you for intent to manufacture/sell or whatever, like here in the US. If you're gonna grow plant a bunch of plants around it, like tomatoes.

I put them in the nextdoor garden;) old witch live there, always check my garden she knows how many tomatoplants I have I think if she doesnt recognise some of my plants looking for them in some book. she would report me before anybody. but now all my plants is in her garden. she has a jungle not a garden. =D=D=D=D no matter if f.....g police smell weed muhaha

You'd best be joking, that's a seriously fucked up thing to do. Try taking some responsibility for your own actions instead of potentially landing an elderly woman in the shit.

We're not here to help you break the law.

actually all of us break some low. for me this old lady is the bigest risk what is sorted out now. she has a really messy jungle and nobody can see that only she and me. so there is no any risk for her dont worry! and no risk for me;).
anyway the life is never fair, we are not in the paradise.

Chill out. It all depends how big your garden is and whether you live in the city or countryside, as someone mentioned earlier it just takes one plod walking past with a sharp nose and he'll come knocking.
 
this doesn't really seem like a legitimate post to me...
anytime i see one of these with horrid grammar and extravagant ideas...putting 4 plants in your neighbors yard cause shes "an old witch"

if anything you'd prob get a better plant from keeping it inside, knowing the weather in the UK it may be stressful to your plant
 
Hey bogi if the strains suited to outdoor growing thats cool, but don't put your plant outside in england. These past few months have seen some seriously crazy weather changes.
 
dude, please don't grow 4 plants in your neighbor's garden in the UK....is it that hard to find bud i mean really
 
To everyone above who says the weather is to bad to grow outdoors in the uk,where do you live? the outer Hebrides? Here in the southeast I've not had a summer since 99 that i have not been able to grow some decent bud.
Just find a nice southfacing spot and your good to go.I tend to germinate indoors in april and move them out in mid may weather depending and come october their ready,just watch out for early frosts.
To the original poster from looking at the cases of people busted recently for growing in the uk the judges tend to take the hard line the more sophisticated the set up is eg indoors with multiple lights,water pumps etc as long as it is only a few plants i'd be surprised if you got a custodial sentance(depending on criminal past) Put them amongst other plants,try and camoflage them a bit and dont invite neighbours in your garden and Tell No One.

i agree with m8ty..if you were to put them in my garden, its not the old bill ya gotta be worried about, its me smoking them lol ..but it is tight if SHE gets busted for YOUR plants..

+1 I live in Ireland with similar to worse weather and know guys who grow outside successfully.

That site clearly says the maximum. You wouldnt get 5 years for smoking a joint. You would recieve the maximum sentence for having a huge amount of weed that they thought you could/were planning to sell.

However, as cannabis is now class B, I would be taking more precautions and growing a few plants indoors. Your less likely to get caught.
 
it all depends if the police are assholes, and from what I've heard the police in england are a bit more brutal than in alot of 1st world countries

Yeah i was wondering were in the hell he come up with that information. Cannabis was de-classified to a C And for some idiotic reason brought back up to a B. Fucking scandalous.
