woke up this morning after taking 6 7.5 mg pills of hydrocodone lastnight now my stomaches sour. i just wanna flush my system of these damn things ivv been hooked on lately. any ideas?

You're puking blood?? Were you mixing any alcohol or blood thinners with the hydro that would account for GI problems, or do you have any underlying stomach / GI issues that could be causing this? This is NOT the type of situation I'd recommend just posting about and hoping it'll resolve itself - go to an urgent care center (way faster and cheaper than the ER) and have them see what's going on. You don't want to wait for it to get worse beforehand. Feel better!

See a doctor immediately.

Vomiting blood is a bad, bad sign that something in your gut is fucked up. It is not drug related, it's a sign that something is seriously wrong.

Call 911 or see a doctor NOW,
don't fuck around. You could die of blood/fluid loss if you wait too long.

If you've been doing this regularly, it may be caused from the 3000 mg's or (more) of the Tylenol eating away @ your stomach lining. I had this problem from Advil years ago

yea i cant go to one thats the problem. i wasnt puking straight blood just vomit with traces of it.

Why can't you go to one?? Urgent care fees tend to be around $150 for uninsured, versus $700+ for an ambulance or ER visit depending on how long you're there and what treatments they give you. Also, if you can't keep down water, it's highly possible you're going to end up with a serious electrolyte imbalance caused by dehydration from the vomiting that will require IV fluids. PLEASE go to the nearest urgent care center - they're pretty used to dealing with drug users and acute health issues caused by drugs in individuals who are uninsured and don't want to go to the actual hospital, plus they tend not to be as demanding in terms of getting all of your PCP's contact info and following up. If you're worried because you don't want people to find out, this is your best option.

If the OP had consumed it as a combined formulation with an NSAID, I'd definitely agree the stomach and liver damage is not something to mess around with. Even so, if it was just hydrocodone without anything else in them, it's even more of a problem in my opinion. Typically this wouldn't occur in people who weren't mixing them with alcohol or NSAIDs / blood thinners, so it could be a more serious problem if this is the case. Please be cautious and don't worry about what could very well be an absurdly trivial issue in the event that you require serious medical attention and end up being too late to have a choice in where you're treated. Medical copays don't mean shit when you're lying in a hospital bed with multiple IV's or tubes stuck into your body.

Hydrocodone hcl (compounded form) is way less dangerous than the aceta' formulation But either way extremely unsafe if alcohol is consumed alongside...
