Uei Kratom addiction

I found a site that sells Kratom f is uei, I was gonna buy it but I read about it being VERY addictive is there any way I could use it like regular leaf, I wasn't looking for a stronger Kratom that's just all they have in stock.

Why is it so addictive I take a break from Kratom on the weekend will that help.

Can I just take very small doses to get the same effect as like 5-7 grams of Bali.
