Tylenol 3

OK, I picked up three Tylenol #3's (30 mg codiene each) today. I know codeine is a weak opiate, but do you think I can catch a moderate buzz off these 3 pills? I've read that the minimum dose is 60mg codeine for any feeling, so are these 3 enough? Oh yeah, my opiate tolerance is very low. Thanks.

Hey what's up,
I use benzos and opiates pretty infrequently. Last year I got a hold of 15 Tylenol 3's. I took 3 the first time and got hardly any effect, except the usual itchiness. Then I upped the dose and took 6 pills and got moderately high, just a bit floaty. The remaining 5 I popped at once a week later and drank some beer that time and got a nice floaty buzz again. Overall they really weren't worth the effort to tell you the truth. Just pop your 3 T3's and drink a few beers. (Yes, caution should be exercised w/drinking and taking opiates, but 3 definitely won't harm you combined with a little alcohol).

From my experience, I've found that even two Tylenol 3's can give me a nice, warm buzz. I'm not an opiate pussy, either. Most people dog 3's; I don't think there's anything wrong with them. Of course, all other opiates are better, IMO, but what can you do? I say eat two, then eat the other one and go about your business. Peace.

I'm a 6'2" 190 lb male and last night i took 3 T3's and smoked some spliffs and it was definately a good experience.

first thing, to those of you who suggested drinking and taking t3's, do you know what you are doing to your liver?? you might as well cut it out, throw it on the floor, and stomp on it, cause that is in effect what you are doing to it when you take apap and then drink.
do the cold water extraction (see the sight phreex posted) if you want to drink and take codeine. and do it even if you aren't going to be drinking but are taking alot of t3's (more than ~5grams of apap is bad for your liver).

I'd say 3 tylenol 3's should get you feeling pretty good, assuming you have no opiate tolerance...to those of you who said take more than that -- well, apparently your tolerance is realy high but I wouldn't recommend that many pills to a newbie!
