tylenol 3 + Vicodin + Compazine + No Doz + Jose Cuervo ?

Vicodin x1 = Hydrocodone Bitartrate 5mg
= Apap 500 mg
Tylenol 3 x2 = Codeine 30mg
= APAP 300 mg
Compazine x1 = Promethazine
No Doz x1 = Caffeine 200mg
only used oxycotin once...
...is enough to get a good buzz go'n
or should i bump it up a little..
and i have a bottle of Jose Cuervo in front
of me.. would a shot or two help or hurt?
because the APAP?
...i also have some percocets?
what should include in my stack?

If you have percocets fuck everything else and take those. If you dont have alot take the vic's and t3's too. Go easy on the tequila.

Sounds like you have multiple pills (some percs = #?). It might be worth doing an extraction. See coldwaterworld.com or HEY do a search using the damn search utility... what a thought.
Dosing has been discussed ad nauseum. Drinking- I never took pills without drinking, though the combination of alcohol and apap is a definite problem. If you do the extraction, no reason NOT to drink, though if you drink too much, you'll be interfering with the opiod buzz. I generally don't drink more than a glass or two or wine/beer/cocktail when I'm taking heroin. I'd rather just enjoy the opiate buzz than be drunk.
