Twitching?

Okay, so i'm blazzing in my room, a bowl... after the bowl is cashed and I light a cig I start twitching, not real bad just like little shivers... but not, ya know? I start thinking about it, saying its just b/c its a bowl, but now i remember it isn't, i twitch every time i get really high... anyone else get that?
 
I get that too. Most people I know don't, though... I don't get it so much when standing up, mainly just in my legs when sitting down - little muscle twitches every few seconds.

I think it feels good, though. :)
 
I get it sometimes, and sometimes I don't. Opiates + pot, then I will most likely get some weird twitches. Everyones body is different, therefore they react in different ways.
 
You'd think that, but pot seems to calm me down most of the time. Infact, if I'm having a bad time with any drug, pot is what first comes to mind to settle me down. But I do know that some people get the paranoia associated with smoking pot, but we all do sometimes.

Same here. I get nervous energy twitches everytime I've ever smoked. It's only annoying when trying to cuddle with my girlfriend and I'm the only one that keeps movin' around every 15 seconds. 8(
 
Exact same thing has happened to me ever since I started blazin. Personally, I never find them bad enough to really make a fuss about them, but the twitching gave me quite a scare when I first blazed.
 
Once when I was really drunk and really stoned I went and watched these fireworks. The fireworks were going great and I was in awe watching them until one flew of course and hit some little kid, it didnt hurt him and all my frrinds were laughing about it then I collapsed on the grass and started twitching heaps.
 
There have been moments of after smoke twitches. They are not secondary to anxiety for me.
I think they are entertaining to myself and others. A twitch can startle me and/or make me snicker.
 
I have the worst twitches, people dont wanna come close to me when im high :p
 
when i get really stoned ill twitch a little bit, like ill be sitting there watching tv and all the sudden my arm will just jump out of nowhere, it only happens a few times while im stoned. its pretty weird but doesnt happen much
 
When my tolerance was low, my whole body would twitch. Not all at once, but different parts of my body would go off every 5-7 seconds for about 20 minutes when I was super high. Kinda hated cuz people would be like why the fuck is he twitching, but I don't really care what people think anymore.
 
i think i have often misenterpreted shivering as twitching brought on by weed but really im just so high and outside smoking at night so its cold but i dont know it.
 
Most people twitch to varying degrees when extremely high. This is not a problem unless you are prone to anxiety.

A friend of mine is a very anxious person. When he smokes too much, he will have neck spasms that literally hurt him, almost as if his muscles are constantly contracting.

If you are prone to anxiety attacks, I would prolly recommend you just not smoke. If you really feel the need to though, drink a couple beers to loosen you up and never smoke outside of your own home or a friends house. Definitely dont drive.
 
One, it is because Cannabis lowers body temperature by something like 0.2 degrees, two, it's because cannabis almost certainly does have some stimulatory effect on the CNS.
