There are such rare moments of funny in that show that it's epic fail.

Tim goes to the mayor is alot better.

And Xavier is the same way....it's hit or miss

As stupid as the show may seem, it is full of the most brilliant comedy ive ever witnessed. Yes most all the shit they do may appear stupid but the underlying awkward faces that describe what theyre thinking is the best part about it.
