TV: Parking Wars

So I just saw a commercial for this show on A&E "Parking Wars".

My honest question is: what's the draw?

Also, if you actually enjoy this show, have you ever lived in a city where it's pretty damned likely that at some point you're going to get towed or at least ticketed several times a year?

i've seen this show before. all i have to say is- if i ever go to philly again, we're not taking my car. they're pretty aggressive about giving tickets there!
