So I have been wanting to try lean (prometh with codeine) and I couldnt find it for the life of me. I did however find a bottle of generic tussionex er ( although expired LOL). Im curious would this give the same feeling prometh w/ codeine? How much would an optimal dose to put in a soft drink? I am also 100% opiate naive, like I have 0 tolerance to them only have taken an opiate once in my life years ago, so I dont want to end up taking to much and feeling sick. Looking to just sip and smoke a blunt with

i ALWAYS say im allergic to codeine just so i can get tussionex. It's WAY better than the codeine cough syrup. The only thing better is the dilaudid cough.. but good luck finding that.
Each teaspoon has 10mg of hydrocodone over 12 hours. So if you know your hydro dose go from there. I would say for opiate naive 15-20mg of hydro would be a nice buzz. So over 12 hours that would mean you'd take 30-40mg or 3-4 teaspoons. Be prepared for it to last all day. if you want to be extra cautious start with two teaspoons and redose in a couple of hours if you dont feel you reached your desired effect.
I remember i was so glad when it went went generic and it stopped costing $150 a bottle.. i also remember the good old days before the docs knew what they were prescribing and they would still give out the giant size bottles like it was the codeine brand... now they only seem to give out the tiny size bottles.
