Tryptamine question - There's MiPT so why isn't there an iPMT?

It only seems to make common sense, unless Im missing something.

Why does iPMT not exist? Is it actually technically the same thing as MiPT? That would mean the physical position on the N doesn't matter because they're both technically on the same spot. Is this how it works? I know a decent amount about this chemistry stuff.. just starting to learn but I don't know some strange things like this.

If iPMT is different from MiPT how come a word has never been said about it?
 
It's the same molecule, the nitrogen atom rotates freely relative to the carbon of the tryptamine sidechain.
