i picked up this nasty habit about a year ago and have tried everything imaginable to kick it, but to no avail. obviously the worst part of it is RLS so that is what i will focus on initially. upon the first signs of a withdrawal, which usually occur 8 hours after 2x100mg doses over the course of 24 hours(small compared to some i know), the legs and arms start hurting and just a general feeling of malaise overcomes me. i have tried .5 mg mirapex, 2mg requip, 900mg gabapentin, 150mg lyrica, running a mile, a hot bath with salts, stretching, iron supplements, weed, 1600mg skelaxin, 10mg adderall, .5mg clonidine, and 3x5mg valium, basically anything short of a opiate/opioid has no effect on my legs and arms. i just want some god damn sleep. the only relief from the withdrawal witnessed is the dissipated malaise feeling from the valium, due to it being a benzo i'm sure, but my legs and arms still hurt. the only things i haven't tried are kratom, subs/methadone, and stronger benzos, which all three to my knowledge carry high dependency risks as well. i'm a student currently and i'm on the verge of just staying on tramadol until i'm done with school, as it keeps my mind right and allows me to sleep with no pain. i understand tramadol is a rather weak opioid due to its synthetic makeup, but it does the trick and honestly IMO if i'm going to abuse something it's probably my best bet in terms of eventual withdrawal time and street price. if anyone wants to shed some light on advice it would be greatly appreciated. thank you
