Trying to get sober

About 4 days ago I illegally bought suboxone and used 4 mgs the first day. 2 mgs the second day and 2 mgs aboit 18 hours ago. Today I relapsed on a bag of heroin and cocaine IV. I didn't feel the heroin and now I just feel really weird and withdrawn. I really want to get sober. I have to. I'm going to go to an AA meeting tonight. Tomorrow, I am going to take gabapentin to help with the withdrawal. If I start taking loperamide for WD, how many days can I take it without becoming dependent on it. Can someone help me with tips for the WD process I need help

Do you have any plans for your life after you get clean? What do you like to do for fun? You have to start thinking about these things, because boredom sets in and a lot of people relapse as a result.
