Opioids trying a couple news methods to get through opiate w/d... a few questions.

1) i read in a withdrawl coping thread that DXM can help you through some parts of the withdrawl... i guess this question has 2 parts. A. what can i expect as far as positive effects from does dxm while going through mild withdrawls, and B. what is a reasonable dosage?

2) i got a bunch of Tagamet tablets beause i had also read they help to some extext. same 2 questions for this one... why would this help and how much should i take?
