So I have pretty noticeable adhd and aside extremely high dose of crank I get quiet. Its hard for me to physically be loud like when i practice guitar I can't sing as loud as when im sober is there a reason why?

Pure speculation and not totally related, but my ADHD medication really levels me out so much I am almost always not talking loud enough.

After a lifetime of internal screaming and nagging need to speak, and be heard, once your flooded with monamines, your more content to sit in silence.

Idk. It’s a bit harder to really let things out, there’s less there. My stimulant does blunt my emotions but when you have ADHD and Emotionally unstable personality disorder you don’t mind.

It’s always been easier for me to sing in the actual room with a mic, guitar in hand, bass player and drummer going. When I sing at home just me and my unplugged guitar, I can never really let it out like I can in that room.
