Trouble from videos?

I don't know where to put this but, swim has many videos of him and friends smoking weed in many different places. It's now a concern because his mother's boyfriend's ex-wife is filing a restraining order and on the form it said "Doing bongs, joints, and drugs in the graveyard, school, and more!". Though, the whole restraining order has NOTHING to do with swim and him smoking herb, this woman is seriously ill in the head.....She went on to the site, very popular site, and watched videos. I am wondering if swim can get into ANY trouble from these videos? Thank you

If SWIM has videos of him doing illegal things on myspace, yes he can!..

Tell SWIM he's a immature idiot, and needs to grow up fast!..

Looking kowel is not worth the risk..besides, anyone who sees kids smoking pot on myspace knows there idiots anyways..

He took all of his videos off youtube and myspace anyway....he's a minor untill next month ;-)
