Not so much trouble there, but seems one user got busted for receiving overseas pharmaceuticals, he said it was nothing higher than CIII and not in large quantities. Does anyone have any insight into the legality of receiving pharmies from overseas pharmacies?

From what I understand the guy only had valium, ultram and buprenorphine. They had warrants and everything, came in and seized all his meds, arrested him etc., though let him out pretty quick. The warrant was for something other than the meds they found but they confiscated everything he didn't have scripts for.
I don't have a problem with a customs letter but I do have a problem with cops and feds coming in my place for some valiums that I ordered from NZ or something.
But I guess they can do whatever the fuck they want.

No they don't do whatever they want. If Customs finds a little package with Diazepam (that's usually what you get when you order Valium from overseas) or whatever in it, the only thing they do is send a letter to you explaining that they are holding your package and if you want it, you must provide proof that you have a script for it.
If cops show up at somebody's house, there is a much bigger reason.

Well that's what I've been thinking (that you get a seizure letter), but this guys case seemed to prove otherwise. Though I'm thinking was probably ordering poppies from somewhere and they wanted to check in and see what he was doing with said poppies.
But I still think authorities can do and will do whatever the fuck they want. I'm sure they don't care whether it will hold up in court either.

Hahahaha .. no, they can do most any damn thing they want... if you disagree you have yet to deal with law enforcement ... they could use that seizure of Valium as a grounds for a search warrant if they wanted too - would they do that over 100 Valium? No, of course not - but they COULD! ..
