Okay, I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I'm Bipolar and BPD as well as ASD so naturally I needed a MS for my treatment. However I fell into the depressing side of my Bipolar which is more depression based anyway. I guess it was due to prolonged isolation and being completely cut off maybe.

Anyway I was working on a story at the time and it was early Feb of 2014 when suddenly I felt no emotions, no motivation, no care, just nothing. I felt nothing but anger and sadness because I couldn't..one channel that anger and sadness the way I wanted and for two...the fact that those were all I could feel.

So my first thought was to look at my medications. I had been on the Trileptal (Generic) for five months prior to this and it was the newest med that I was on. As I researched further, I ended up getting Vyvanse and suddenly I felt cured.

Well, time wears on, still isolated and simulating life through writing lives. (Think of it as a WoW addiction or something) anyway I was referred to a specialist neurologist and she put me on Zyprexa (Generic) and I stopped taking the Trileptal and had her go up to 10 MG on the Zyprexa as a replacement for the MS which had been 900 MG at the time the event happened.

Well now I feel like I'm running out again. Could be burn out, a person can create only so much for so long but the Vyvanse Trileptal combo worked well together, just seems like now the Vyvanse isn't working as well and I wondered if it might be the Zyprexa being that it's a dopamine antagonist vs a dopamine agonist.

So, what do you think it could be? Could one of them cause anhedonia like symptoms? Or maybe both of them? Or neither?

I would also like to know if Zyprexa is a requirement for migraine prevention because I also take Toprol XL and since being on both, my migraines are now rare, but I am not sure if it requires both meds to prevent migraine or if the Zyprexa can go. I'm just trying to figure out the possible cause. Sorry if I wrote way too much but all of this info was necessary for my question.
