Tricky dosing situation??

I realise the question i have is very specific and probably wont get answered,but what im after is advice/info from any-one who has been there themselves.
After a 4 month break,ive decided to hit the needle again.
However,my current daily dose of methadone has unfortunately provided me with an effective blockade against opiates.
The situation is that i will find it very difficult to guage the correct safe dosage.
Too little and i will feel nothing,too much and its E.R for me.
As you can see from my predicament, im going to have to tread a very fine line.
I really dont want to have to do multiple IV`s in the hope of sooner or later hitting the jackpot,then again the alternative is risky.
As i said, if anyone has knowledge of this,or has safely used a dose that has penetrated a methadone blockade,than please share youre experience with me.

When I was on methadone and I wanted to get high on smack I would wait at least 18 hours from the last dose, take 50mg of promethazine wait a half hour then have a shot. Promethazine does somehow enhance opiates, I don't know thw physiological reason.... but it works.

Cheerz for the helpful information,at least it sounds reassuring.
Im on 110mgs methadone,so you can appreciate its gonna be a bit harder,but i will definately dose up on promethazine HCL first.
Through trial and error ill work out the amount of gear i need.
(junk dillemas,eh?)

Sorry, this could be a little *too* deadly... no one else knows how much is in a "10 bag" in your area, no one else knows YOUR tollerance....
Give yourself time to clear the methadone out of yer system, then go back to your normal dose... or just pick up a rig and hope for the best!

I really dont wanna drag this out,but clearing my system from methadone first would mean having to experience some shitty cold turkey ,and im NOT doing that.

Well, as long as you can afford your addiction, all is good... start with a low dose and simply work your way up... no onecan tell you how many "bags" or "milligrams" you need to bang ... just play around, see what ya get... of course you gotta be carefull and remember that you have NOT been using smack recently, so make that first dose SMALL - you don't wanna die!
