Here I sit before the moon. It casts its light upon my skin. My naked feet are one with the Earth as if roots of a tree deep within.
I converse with the animals that come to drink from the stream. They come and they go. I make no difference in their lives. No matter, for they make a difference in mine. They make me understand that the Sun with rise once more and that Heaven and Earth will never be as one. But, instead Heaven is only allowed to wrap his arms around the mother Earth and holds her tight to him. His solar winds warm her surfaces and ruffles her oceans.
I can never forget the Moon and the stars. I look within and there they are. Upon my green eyes they dance with one another. Singing their sweet lullaby in my ear. The tree of life grows within me, and it blooms my love. My arms are branches which reach to the Heavens begging to be one.
Night is my peace, and day be it chaos. But, does God hear me? Or do my prayer fall upon deaf ears?
