I could switch to morphine, sub's, amps, basically anything I want but choose to just have the pills - fuck if your desperate the pills are easily made injectable as 'done is water soluble which is why NHS dont prescribe them - that and they cost 10p a pill.
When Brewer was still at the spapleford you could get 10mg palfium, amps, dikes(for a while), morphine,jellies...in massoooovive amounts - just had to take your script and wait in a room for an hour if you were still upright out you went with a script of fabulousness. You could walk out with a weekly script of 4-5oomg 'done, 10 palfium a DAY etc etc......he was struck off of course. BUT he did pioneer the use of methadone as an opiate replacement and was asked to set up a practice by the H.O
