This isn't really the place to ask this, but AFAIK, no. Arthritis is usually prescribed NSAIDs or Beta-Blockers, and fibromyalgia isn't taken too seriously by people who can prescribe heavy pain meds.
You can try over in Other Drugs, as they have people more experienced with such things, but this is edging pretty close to asking for a source, which is against the BLUA.
