someone finally made exact copies of the rodent press. and did a bad job they arent even the same size. they 8x4 i believe and have noticable white specks. heard of some purple ones but havent seen em.

...oh and they suck.

Any more info on the copycat rodent presser? I haven't seen anything on PR besides the report you are referring to, Garbage.

well, given they defintly *NOT* in the same distribution line as the real rodents, these were hard to find as none of my press connects had them. i did run across someone who did (some guy that we were giving a ride home with one of my friends) he only had a handfull of them and i managed to get a quick peak before we dropped him off.

it seemed to me these looked a different size than the real ones, the old ones were 9x3 these seemed maybe...8x4? not sure. defintly same stamp, sam eindent in the tail and everything. it was dark but the blue seemed a little bit more blue than the real ones. maybe like a baby or sky blue? instead of that almost greenish faded teal of the other ones. they actually had white spots too, some bigger than others, the older ones almost never had any inconsistancy in the color. and i asked if he had seen any in red (the so-cal rodent presser put out a blue and red version of all their pills, and a yellow/white every now and then but always red/blue) he said no only blue.

p.s. he said he got them from sacramento, im wondering if ecstasteve has seen or heard anything down in so-cal? or if this is just a northern trend

You could be correct - since the REAL "rodent presser" appears to be in So-Cal, perhaps some n'er do wells in Nor-Cal decided to make some quick $$ by copying the beloved "rodent presser" pills. I've never seen the rodents here in my parts, but I know from all the posts on PR.com and from you guys that these pills are easily told apart from the "copycats" based off the size alone. The dark blue is probably food coloring. I'm guessing (betting) that our "rodent presser" uses real pharm. grade binding agents instead of baking soda and whatever in the hell else they're putting in pills these days. That could be where you're seeing the white spots. (or it could be meth, who really knows without a testing kit?)
