I stopped taking benzos (after ten years) for four days and it ruined me.

My heart rate shot up and I had to take a tablet.

I feel trapped.

(And bluelight crew keep banning me which hurts)

I am serious about this. I only feel better now that I have taken a tablet, and I am a strong character. But this stuff is fkn evil.
