Transitioning back to Suboxone from Vicoidin.

I've been taking anywhere from 3-8 Vicodin a day. 7.5mg hydrocodone a piece. I relapsed. And would like to get back on suboxone. How long should I wait? What are the symptoms I need to look for and or wait for before beginning suboxone again. Any suggestions, tips and opinions would be greatly appreciated.

*Something I forgot to mention. I've been on vicodin at that does for just under 2 months.

just taper- its only been two months and vicodin withdrawls are a problem but can be overcome by...tapering.. you dont need to swap a small addiction with a government addiction program mann

Id go with tapering as well if possible to get completely clean if its possible. You dont have a large habit at all. Just drop a pill or even a half-pill every week or so. The longer the plan and the smaller each decrease the better chance for success. However if you are unable to taper then I think you are supposed to wait 24 hours before starting suboxone.
