I’m sorry you feel that way, yes it’s awful that parents and families disown their LGBTQ children, I wish I had a solution to that. Does anyone here have a solution other than throwing up Trump stats and Tweets? Or do you guys open up your home to fostered and homeless LGBTQ youth? If you do that’s great, all kudos to you. Maybe the LGBTQ centers or the beloved Left should be opening up more shelters or something.

As an Independent, I have some Right leaning views as I also do with the Left. Also there are LGBTQ allies on the Right as well and not every Politically Right person is a racist hick whom marries their cousin.lol Both political sides are becoming extremists and I’m not about it. Personally, I’m not a fan of the Trump administration; especially not Pence. Who said that Trump/Pence benefited the LGBTQ community? That’ll be the day...

I don't think he has any convictions or morals whatsoever. He has no interests in life outside of feeding his ego. Capitulating to evangelical dumb fucks is just how he's doing it at the moment. In the 90's it was supporting the Clintons and their neoliberal bullshit. He doesn't give a shit about anyone. But he does exercise an inordinate amount of influence over a certain group of people, and they just kind of follow his lead. Really funny that idiots, mostly former libertarians, got roped into believing shit they never would've otherwise just because Trump happens to make people they don't like angry. I actually respect and have nothing against libertarians who are actually true to their beliefs and not just using it as a cover to cloak their social conservatism, which is why I used the word "former".

Man threatens to 'kill every gay person I can' at St. Louis PrideFest

(CNN)A Missouri man was arrested after threatening to "kill every gay person I can" at PrideFest in St. Louis, according to court documents.
Edward Terry of Overland, Missouri, was charged on Tuesday with making a terrorist threat after he allegedly sent an email to one of PrideSTL's parade planners saying he would "come to pride fest with my guns to kill every gay person I can before I kill myself," St. Louis County Police said.
The manager of PrideSTL contacted the FBI, and authorities tracked the email back to Terry through his cellphone, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Terry told police he created the account using the name of a woman he once lived with, the paper reported.
The suspect presents a risk to the community and his office will ask a judge to have Terry held without bond, St. Louis County Prosecutor Wesley Bell said in a statement. A hearing is set for Friday.
"We take threats of this nature very seriously, especially in relation to historically marginalized communities that have been victims of violence," Bell said.
St. Louis' PrideFest is scheduled for June 29 and 30.
Terry's bail has been set at $20,000 and is cash only, the paper reported.

Yeah that's absurd. If someone makes mass murder threats there should be no possible way for them to get out before their trial (and then never after that either). He probably doesn't have $20,000 cash, but what if he does? Then he can go ahead and murder a bunch of people and then kill himself.
